Donna (Zheng) Zhang is an Associate Attorney at Fox & Moghul, where she represents individuals, businesses, and corporate entities in civil litigation and dispute resolution matters. She practices across Virginia state and federal courts, as well as AAA arbitration proceedings. Her work in complex business disputes covers acquisitions, business structuring, buyouts, partnership conflicts, and contract enforcement actions. She also represents homeowners and contractors in construction defect and renovation disputes, landlords and tenants in lease enforcement and unlawful detainer proceedings, and property owners in partition actions. Her practice further extends to defamation, HOA disputes, and consumer protection claims. Donna works closely with her clients from pre-litigation strategy through resolution, whether by negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or trial.

Prior to joining the firm, Donna interned at an Am 100 law firm, where she gained exposure to a multi-million dollar international arbitration involving bilateral trade agreement claims on behalf of a government entity.
